Of course you can donate them to a doctor’s office or hospital. But what does that leave you with other than a nice feeling? With this craft idea you still donate your magazines after you are done with them – but you get to keep something too!

To make sure you are keeping the good bits of the magazine start a scrapbook with all the pages you like. Collect articles, recipes, decorating tips and fashion clips. Once you’ve gone through all your magazines take your cutouts and organize them in your scrapbook and paste them in.

At the end of the project you’ll have all the pieces of the magazine you like, and you’ll have a lookbook that can help you solve a meal crisis, decorating dilemna or inspire your personal style.
